What Happens at Your Consult
Your free consultation is a 30-minute, in-person session at our Fayetteville facility with Matt Newton, our Director of Training.
In that time, you'll walk through your dog's history, any behavioral challenges you're seeing, and what you're hoping to achieve through training.
Matt will assess your dog and give you an honest recommendation on which program, if any, is the right fit. You'll leave knowing exactly what your options are and what the next step looks like whether that's booking a package, getting on the board and train waitlist, or just having a better understanding of what your dog needs.
What to bring: Your dog (on leash), any relevant history, and your questions. That's it!

Before joining Big Paws, Matt led the top franchise dog training company in Arkansas and has been training dogs professionally for over 10 years. Matt brings a wealth of knowledge across many areas, from leash pulling and impulse control to aggression management and Search & Rescue, with documented field recoveries.
His approach is practical, judgment-free, and focused on one thing: helping you and your dog actually enjoy life together.
