Rehabilitation has always been a part of our mission, and now Big Paws is proud to offer dog training to our community as a whole. We believe that 98% of all dogs can be trained to have amazing obedience: regardless of breed, size, shape, or age!
When you choose Big Paws for your dog training needs, you are also choosing to train a dog, save a dog. All proceeds from our training services directly support our dog rescue efforts in our community!
TRAINING SERVICES
This is our most popular package! Send your dog home with one of our certified, dog trainers for 2 weeks and pick up a highly trained, focused, and obedient dog! This package is usually booked weeks/months ahead of time, so click to learn more about getting started.
This package will help you build a solid foundation of obedience and trust with your dog. 4 lessons will help you master all the element of basic obedience. Move on to the advanced sessions to fine tune your dog's skills where you want!
This package will give your puppy the foundations they to set them up for success. During training, we will teach you the basics of house training and answer any questions you have. Your puppy will leave these sessions with a solid foundation for obedience and you will leave with confidence as a dog owner!

If you are working with a reactive or aggressive dog, this package is the one for you! Whether it is true aggressiveness, or just losing their cool when they pass another dog in the park, this package will help you develop the skill and confidence to take your dog anywhere!

GOALS
Think about WHY you are wanting to train your dog. Your goals are going to inform which package is best for you. Are you wanting to just enjoy walks on the block without your dog pulling you everywhere? A basic obedience package or workshop might be best. Are you wanting an impeccably trained dog who can thrive in all environments? The board and train is right for you!
TIME
Think about how much time you have to commit to training. While we call it dog training, a lot of it is human training! If you feel like you just don't have the time to commit to practicing at home, then a board and train package might be the perfect fit! If you have the time, and want to put in the training reps, our basic/advanced package might be the right choice for you and your pup.
MONEy
We understand our packages might not be the right monetary fit for every budget, which is why we are committed to offering a range of services that vary in cost. If you are looking for an economical training option take a look at our basic obedience package or the free lesson for a rescue dog (if you rescued). If you have the money set aside for more intensive training then the board and train or basic+ + advanced obedience packages are good fits to help you meet your training goals.
