Your gift is the difference between yes and no.
Big Paws of the Ozarks is a NWA rescue helping the most vulnerable dogs in our community. When a shelter is full, when a dog has been on the list too long, when a case is too medical or too complicated — we're the call they make. Your gift is what lets us answer.

Give a dog a second chance, today!
Food, shelter, medical care, and training. Without it, dogs in our community wait in overcrowded shelters or struggle alone in rural areas with no help coming.

George waited in a hoarding case nobody would touch.
Twenty-plus dogs, and no municipal or county shelter would take the call. We pulled multiple dogs out of that house. George is adopted now, and thriving.

He is one of 2,500 dogs Big Paws has rescued, rehabilitated, and rehomed since 2016.

Intake exams, vaccines, heartworm treatment, surgery. The dogs we take are often the ones whose vet bills made someone else say no.
We provide all the supplies our fosters need to care for their dog until adoption. This includes food, treats, kennels, leashes/collars, formula, and much more!
Behavioral work that turns a dog labeled "difficult" into a dog who gets adopted. We also provide free behavioral assessments to shelters across the region.

We love being monthly donors because we’re 100% confident that the money is being used responsibly and directly supports their local efforts. They’re very good about sharing their stories on social media so EVERY DAY we see the impact. We’re so grateful for them.

I feel so confident giving my money to this organization each month because I know that no matter what, the dogs in our community come first. I don't have to worry about my money being misused or wasted. I've had wonderful experiences with their staff and I'm so thankful that there's a non-profit I can confidently contribute to each month.
Iris + Erik
We can’t foster or adopt right now, but we can be sure Big Paws never has to say ‘no’ to a dog in need. We are proud to support such an amazing organization and resource in our Northwest Arkansas community.
