Reilly’s journey into dog training began after adopting two rescue dogs, Olga and Pasha, from Big Paws in 2024. After enrolling both in the organization’s board and train program, Reilly became fascinated by the process of building communication and trust between dogs and their humans. Inspired by the transformation he saw in his own pups, he decided to pursue dog training himself.
Reilly has been shadowing the Big Paws training team, gaining hands-on experience and learning the ins and outs of effective, compassionate dog training. He has worked with numerous dogs in the rescue, including Lilia, a dog pulled from the Bella Vista Animal Shelter who made a full transformation under Reilly’s care during her two week board and train.
Reilly and his wife share their home with their three beloved rescue dogs- Olga, Pasha, and Borris, and enjoy welcoming other dogs into their home to help them reach their full potential. Reilly’s thoughtful approach, patience, and genuine love for dogs shine through in every training session, helping families and their pups better understand and communicate with each other.
